360 Degree Review

Kindly provide explanation on  360Degree Review.

360 degree feedback means getting inputs from all the people you work with, for the purpose of appraisal. As the feedback is coming from multiple sources, it removes any bias that may be the case in case , had it been from a single person or two.

The 2nd poster nailed the summary of 360 review. This is very common now among North America corporations (not sure globally) also the USA military requires this among all officers now. The key is to remove bias and get a TRUE sense of the person. Political games still happen but reduced.
