Acquire Team

Hi,
The question I have is during the execution of a project you have a team member leave and you are identifying a new one. What process are you in? Acquire Team or Manage Team? Is Acquie Team an initial one time event?

Aquire or Manage team
It should be Acquire team only,because ,there is always a chance of acquisition happening,ppl leaving and new ones joining,so it will come under the larger scope of ACQUIRE TEAM,any other suggestions ,please contribute..........

Hiring new staff may require
Hiring new staff may require change request evaluation through Integrated change Control. As long as it touches the Budget (think you are hiring a very expensive expert).
I think its a combination of both Acquire and Manage Team.
