Approaching PMP Exam

Hi folks, does any one know how much changes the PMI made in the PMP exams that took effect from 1st of September 2011? If I study only the exam prep. materials available before the changes were made, do you think I stand any chance of passing the exam?

PMI quotes changes of up to 30% as compared to the previous exam. It has alot to do with Professional and Social Resp. being integrated into the other process areas. Please research this forum, you will find tons of valuable info around this topic.
