After receive the approved change request, what would be the first thing to do for project manager?
Is that would be document the change request?
Inform to the stakeholder or perform the corrective action?

If the change request is
If the change request is approved, it is already documented, or how will it go through CCB ?. So next step would be to inform all stakeholders that the CR has been approved and now the work will start on implementation.

The Best thing to do is to analysis the change impact.
