Help! Calculate Critical Path with Lead and Lag

Hi,

Knowing how to calculate the critical path is a given on the PMP exam.

What about calculate the critical path with SS, SF, FF, and FS lead and lag?? Is that on the exam?

Can someone give me a good example/tutorial of how to do this?

Cannot find ANY good/decent examples on the net.

Thanks! I saw this one too, but I was looking for something a little more detailed.

I could literally find nothing about it on the net (its not in Rita's book, or the PMBOK - as far as calculating the critical path with those SS, SF, and FF relationships)
