Correct process of Closing

There has been several confusions on the correct order of closing a procurement / project / phase.

What is the right order of process that need to be followed while closing?

Deliverables, Lessons learned, project audit, validation, accepting, archiving, release resources etc...?

I don't think there is a fixed order, it will depend on the project what task is handled before. The chapter in Rita's book about the closing group in Integration Mgmt (pag. 78) explains well all the possible actions involved, I find.
