Customer's requirement on control chart

Hi Experts,

 

I read about this in PMBOK but cant find it anymore. Customer's requirements on control chart are shown as

 

1 Sigma

2 Sigma

3 Sigma

5 Sigma

 

 

Yes I meant 5 Sigma not 6. (real exam q.)

That's a really bad question. The customer requirements are shown as the specifications, which could be greater or lesser than the ±3 sigma that defines the control limits. If that's all they gave you, I'd go with 3 sigma and move on.  There are quite a few questions on the exam where you'll want to ask for more info, but sadly, you can't.  PMI should really clean up their question bank.
