Decomposition question

Decompose to what level - 1 person OR not?

Is this true -

Workpackage i.e decomposition of WBS can be more than 1 person

but

Activity should be 1 person.

I get different responses on different questions.

your point regarding activity is not true. It is never necessary activity should be of one person.

decomposition is not always any person oriented , but may be as per the need like in OBS.
