Study good first, PMBOK (Must for 3-4 times) and also choose one reference book like Rita or Kim Heldman. Make your concepts strong and put ample time in understanding the PMBOK.
Over 80% question would be from IITO either directly or through situational questions. Put lots of effort on IITO.
