Getting the 35 PDU?

Just wanna ask if training certificates (from Comptia Project+ and Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, Managing Projects) from a training center which accumulated more than 35 hours would be ok to get the required PDU?

Also, if they would be ok, will the training certificates be enough once my application gets audited to satisfy the PDU requirement?

Thank you so much for all the help!

hi, the Contact hours required should be from REP source, if the vendor gives you certificate, it should be fine i think. You can even check with PMI support on this.

As long as you have completed at least 35 hours of class room training related to project management (and provide the documents to support your claim and make the people who provided training available for PMI to contact - in case of audit), you will be fine regardless of who provided the training.  If you attend a training internally in your organization, that will also work as long as it is related to Project management.  It does not have to be from REP.

Thanks guys, the training came from a microsoft partner training center which offers microsoft and comptia trainings for their services. I also have the training certification that I have obtained from them.

I hope it would be ok if my application gets audited. I'm just working on the worksheet now and would be applying pretty soon.
