Head First Book-not based off 4th edition of PMBOK?

I've noticed lots of people use the Heads First book to prep but on Amazon it appears it came out before the 4th edition of the PMBOK. Is there a more up to date version I should be looking for?? Is it still a worthwhile tool if not up to date?

Head First 2nd Edition is aligned with PMBOK 4th edition.
