Can anyone please explain why A is the correct answer. My choice would have been D.

I think the keyword here is anonymously so the best answer is A

I looked up in PMBOK and as per PMBOK 4th edition P 432: "Delphi Technique: An information gathering technique used as a way to reach a consensus of experts on a subject. Experts on the subject participate in this technique anonymously. A facilitator uses a questionnaire to solicit ideas about the important project points related to the subject. the responses are summarized and are then recirculated to the experts for further comment. Consensus may be reached in a few rounds of this process. The Delphi techniques helps reduce bias in the data and keeps any one person from having undue influence on the outcome."

D seems to be the correct answer here. I hate that 4 days before the test I come across wrong answers on these online tests.

 Should be option D
