PMP is an exam for
PMP is an exam for professionals, which means that all PMP aspirants will have to study while doing their full time job. Since you are adding more things to your schedule , you will have to sacrifice on some other things or study during sleep time or early mornings.
In few days you will get used to the new routine and wont feel much tiring. Early mornings are best to grasp new concepts.

Deep breaths, plan, prepare, pass PMP
Hello!
I understand the anxiety and the lack of motivation after a long tiring day. Most of us have gone through the exact same routine in our PMP journey. Read these 10 best tips on how you can pass the PMP exam on the first attempt with such a schedule. These are my own personal lessons learned + inputs/tips on how to plan and prepare better.
Further, you can also refer to all these various resources (PMP notes, cheatsheets and question banks) to get you through. Finally, relax, sit down and try to come up with a progressive plan - which means you put in 1 hour initially, slowly increase that to 2, 3, and maybe 4 hours. Also try to use some of the time you might have at work as well.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
