help with this question pls

 In shortening the project duration,the first action to take is to

A) Change the project scope

B) Crash as many activities as possible

c) Fast-track activities on critical path

D) cuonsume the float on critical path

 I know its seems simple but there is a confusion please what is the corect answer and please with a little explanation.

The answer is C.

A) Change the project scope - you want to explore all possible solutions before changing project scope.

B) Crash as many activities as possible - you would want to only crash those on the critical path, and also you would always fast-track activities first, as it consumes less resources (albeit higher risk)

D) consume the float on critical path - the critical path has no float.

 Fast Tracking is the Best option in the given List of options so the answer is C.

fast track the item on Critical parth I think you only  Crash critical parth item I think B

I think if chose fast-track you enhance risk of project implementation, that’s why you have to use Crash

i think the correct answer is C and i second what the previous members with C option has to say. Please can you advise what was the correct answer
