This is a question from PMPforsure. It is mentioned to refer Manage project team but i could not find any reference to PMBOK. It is repeatedly mentioned in PMBOK that fostering team is part of develop project team. Can someone please explain this question to me?

PMBoK Says -  Manage Project Team is the process of tracking team member performance, providing feedback, resolving issues, and managing team changes to optimize project performance. The key benefit of this process is that ¡tinfluences team behavior, manages conflict, resolves issues, and appraises team member performance. The inputs,tools and techniques, and outputs of this process are depicted ¡n Figure 9-11. Figure 9-12 depicts the data flowdiagram of the process.

Develop Project Team is the process of improving competencies, team member interaction, and overall team environment to enhance project performance. The key benefit of this process is that it results in improved teamwork,enhanced people skills and competencies, motivated employees, reduced staff turnover rates, and improved overallproject performance. The inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs of this process are depicted in Figure 9-9.Figure 9-10 depicts the data flow diagram of the process.

The answer is clearly Develop Project Team as it talks about fostering Teamwork

But the question also mentioned "integrating the efforts of team members". Isn't integration part of management of project team? Thanks.
