new application form for PMP exam after 31st August

Hi,


I need feedback on how to fill the Experience hours in new PMP application form as after 31st August, the form has been changed and the tips to write experience summary so that the application will not be rejected.


Can anyone send me the new project hour template sheet which when submitted was approved after 31st August?


I am intended to take exam on October and would need help from everyone who has passed the exam after 31st August.


 


Please send the info on new project template experience hour’s sheet.

One thing I can tell you is that no one will be able to give you any results of the PMP exam after August 31st, 2011 because PMI has actually said that anyone  who takes the PMP exam after August 31st, 2011 will not receive their results immediately from Prometric. PMI anticipate that the waiting time is any where from Four to Six weeks.

Took the after Aug 31 2011 test and waiting for the results. Exam feedback is like this:


1) I didnt find any double negative questions


2) too many qns on procurements, executing, monitoring&control


3) 45% of qns are wordy


4) Questions I got are moderately tough, but manageable to answer correctly.


My suggestion would be practice as many exams as possible from differenct sources(that would have helped me better), relax before exam and have presence of mind.
