Changes to Baseline

 Hi All,

Can we do changes to baseline(Scope, Schedule, Cost)? If yes then how?

my concern is that if we will change the baseline then how we will measure the progress with the actual baseline/ agreed scope or requirements?

 

Any comments from PMP exam perspectives are welcome.

Baseline can be changed subject to have change request approved by Change Control Board.


Once approved the impacted baselines would be updated and start measuring with approved changed baslines
