 Question: If CPI=1 and SPI=0,8. What can you say about this project?


1)      Project on track.                       2)      Project is under budget and behind schedule.

What are the other options available?


When you have 1 as value, it indicates that your planed and actual is same. Less than 1 indicates you planned less than actual.


Here CPI is 1. So I was wondering whether we can call it under budget.

I agree the answer is the project is exactly at the planned budget and behind planned schedule.
