Majority of the changes in PMBoK 5 are around clearing confusions and cleanup of mess. 95% or so is still valid, with addition of stakeholder management area.
I would suggest someone on this forum take up the work of updatting Rajesh Nair and other notes for benefit of all. it will be a great learning exercise and will help them in their PMP preparation. !

It is time consuming that 5% to 10% new portion is going to change that is COmm.Plan, Stakeholder Management plan, additional Processes and some T&T.
I think 90% is still valid from PMBOK4 versions of Abhishek,Rofa,Anil,Chowdary and Chung, etc. all of them available from PMZILLA. I am started my pmp journey from PMBOK4 onward, so it is not that much hard for me PMBOK5. so, on view of time consuming, i withdrawn that proposal. I don't know other member status.
It is very hard to digest PMBOK4 versions along with PMBOK5 for who starts PMP journey from PMBOK5.
