PM Plan and Subsidiary Plans
Friends, how do you create a Project Management Plan with respect to its Subsidiary Plans? Do you include a subsidiary plan in all its entirety? Do you include a subsidiary plan as an appendix? Or do you include a summary of the subsidiary plan in the PM Plan, and add a reference to the detailed subsidiary plan as a supplementary document (i.e. in the appendix)?
For example, the scope management plan (subsidiary plan). Do you include the entire scope management plan in the PM plan? Or just a summary of it? Or include it in the appendix as a supplementary document?
Please share your personal practice. Thank you.

It warry from organization to
It warry from organization to organization... in one of my previsous organization we were not having this in one document but it was on PMIS, where all these things were grouped.
In one of the other organization , we use to give reference to these plans in PMP
Both of these organization were following CMMi practices.
