United States PMP exam takers passing or failing?

I am seeing a trend in outside US test takers passing meanwhile in the US, more failing rates.

Are you in the United States and have you passed or failed with the new 5th edition?
If passed, after how many attempts?
Scores?
Study plan?
How long did you study?
What city and state are you in?

 Are you just interested in US or Canada as well?

I am in canada and also preparing for PMP. 

 

My guess is the test is globally same and delivered through the prometric centres  so its highly unlikely that it will be different in different countries and there will be a biasness based on that.
