Does anyone notice Head First PMP Free test is outdate and incorrect?

I found that Head First PMP free exam
is not update as PMBOK5 and some question is incorrect and not POV of PMI.
for example:
Which of the following is an output of Direct and Manage Project Execution?
The answer is Work Performance Information, but correct answer should be Work Performance Data.
Another one,
You are managing a construction project to install wiring in an office building. While verifying that the scope of the work has been completed, you discover that one of your team members has taken a box of cable from the job site so he can wire his attic. What is the BEST way to respond?
A Do nothing
B Report the team member to your manager
C Report the team member to PMI
D Call the police
The answer is D.
But i asking on Linkedin "I want to be PMP" group, some group member said it should be B. Because it maybe a punlishment policy of company.

In this question choices not mension anything policy matters. if mension any policy matters in choices then choose that one.
Yesterdays LinkedIN question asking "........bla ..bla....What is First thing to do?"
The Choices in one of them having : Follow the Company Policy.
Inthat question this policy choice is correct.

Stealing is different from
Stealing is different from you using company resources for your personal use. its special case of stealing and should be reported to company first. As per the company policy they may decide to hand over the person to police or may simply terminate his employment.
