3-Quality audits
To guage /measure the seller's success or failure and occur during project status reviews.
Performance reporting is mainly two activities
1- Evaluating seller performance
2-Verifying compliance of seller's process and deliverables.Is the seller fullfilling the duties as per contract?
Broadly the tools in control procurements can be classified to two categories.One is inspecting and other is controlling. procurement performance reviews and perfromance reporting fall under inspection and other tools like payment systems comes under controlling.
