About Organization process assest

Adding and updating to Organization process assets are generally  the responsibility of the Project team members, but i what to know whether PMO is also responsible for adding and updating ?

I dont think so. Sometimes PMO may monitor if OPA are updated / added by project team. However there may be some OPA which PMO may have created for project and in that sense they can also add it to OPA
