I never in my life thought would write my experience for PMP but this forum has been really helpful to me and I believe now its my turn to do something. First of all, for all the PMP aspirants I want to say that exam is not difficult,its not even tricky, if you are clear with the fundamentals then it should be an easy one.My journey started in December-2010, I was completely new to PMP, so joined a course to get 35hours of PDU,then I started filling my application and got it done by Feb'2011, and at that time I started studying for PMP.I use to study for 2 hours only on weekdays, with work and family its hard to commit more.I read PMBOK for the first time by targetting the number of pages to read and learn things, so on average I read  10to 15 pages everyday. After finishing that started reading Rita and after finishing each chapter then its questions,and always marked the questions which I got wrong to go through them on weekends.

Then I got to know about Chowdhary's and Rajesh notes, they were boon for me, I use to read them whenever and wherever I get time. Then when 2 weeks were left I started giving tests, tried only free mocks, as they aremore than sufficient and why to use money when there is so much valuable free stuff online.

I tried exam central and PM study, frankly you only require these, they are closest to real exam.

I tried Headstart as they have really good explaination.

All Thanks to this forum and everyone who contributed as it kept me  motivated.

Believe me , exam is not difficult, just give your best shot.
