Process related question

Hi,


 


Please let me know in which part of process group, following activites are done and why??


1. Look for any variances and recommend changes to the ICC


2. Determine if project activities comply with the processes, policies, procedures

3. Evaluate TeamEffectiveness

These activities are done in Monitoring and controlling process group.

As these activities are done after work has been executed and we are validating the work compliance with respect to processes, finding variances and evaluating team progress. So these activities are coming after work has been executed and before project closure .
