Lessons Leaned are
Lessons Leaned are documentation surrounding past interventions, what worked and what did not work, variances and corrective action/preventative action, etc. They form part of the Historical Information/Record held by the companies OPA. Other forms of Historical info could be vast and examples can be such as budget of work packages, staff registers, expenditure, steering or working committee presentations, etc. +much more.
