Question- lessons learned

Are the lessons learned document created by project team  or stakeholders? Rita says its created by stakeholders. One of the questions in exam central said project team since not all stakeholders will help to create the lessons learned document.


Please advice.

The term 'Stakeholders' is generally regarded as 'all' those who have had direct/indirect impact on the project and whose interests are/were affected, either for good or bad. In my opinion, it is actually stakeholders that are involved in the creation of lessons learned as important project players do not only include your project team but also segments such as the project manager, project management team, sponsors, contractors, etc.
