I did not find topic "Professional & Social respons..." in the PMBOK-4, it was there in PMBOK-3, This is one of the major difference between 3-4.

1) Is this following percentage Questions  division correct even with PMOK 4 Edition?

2) Why this difference is not pointed out in AppendixA of PMBOK-4, Any specific reason?
