What exactly is the Activity Resouce Requirement is ?
I think that it is a document (XLS) containing Task#, Task Description, Resource Type (PM, Developer, Carpenter, etc.,), Quantity of Resource, Duration Estimated. Am I missing some anything else ?

The Activity Resource
The Activity Resource Requirement is the output of Estimate Activity Activity Resource.
In Estimating you want to know what are the different resource (pple & materials) required to complete a task; how many carpenters, Programmers, Equipment, etc, etc.
In Activity Resource Requirement you have determined the resource types & qty needed to complete that activity. This may also include (i) the basis of the estimate; (ii) your assumptions, and (iii) Resource availability
