Selected for AUDIT

 Guys please,

I have a question on this audit thing.

I have 1 Project manager to approve all the projects.

On PMI they mention "If one person is verifying multiple projects for the same company, they can fill out one form and initial or highlight on the Experience Record the projects that they are verifying."

My question: in any form there is a reference experience number how can I mention the rest of the projects on the same form (handwriting the other reference numbers or names of the project)and with Experience Record what do they intend. 

Am very confused.. if any1 has been there can u pls. help. ASAP. I need to get it done with.

My two cents of advice: get all forms separately signed by the same person. Hardly takes a few seconds more that way but you'll be free of anxiety after submitting the documentation.

Otherwise, please call up the PMI helpline and ask for their suggestion since this can be tricky.

Applications sometime selected for the Audit Process. They might ask you to get endorsement from your team member of the project and send mail with Signed Letter.

Hope you will go through without any hurdle.

I was in the same situation. I sent all forms to my manager and requsted him to fill up each form and put them all in 1 manila envelope and sign over the seal.

I sent it to PMI and it's been approved.

Thaks a lot for your reply. I am a Consultant and I am hoping I can provide my Manager at Employer location. The form is requesting details of Client. Do PMI ever touch base Client place or will it be just the person whom we specify in the form. Please clarify.
