advise to appear for PMP exam with PMBOK 5th edition / 4th edition

I'am in verge of starting for preparation of PMP certification & completely new to PMP.

Please help me what is advisable, if I should go for PMBOK 4th edition / 5th edition, as I have not yet gone through any of PMBOK & ok to wait till Sept 2013 / also ok to give exam in July 2013.

If you can be ready for 4th edition , nothing like it, 5th edition has stakeholder management as additional area , and generally people are worrried about what new format wil have to offer.
