Which of the following is an output of activity duration?
A A WBS
B An activity list
C A network diagram
D A project schedule

The answer is D.

If i know that an activity takes 5 days (aka - activity duration), i can use that to get my schedule. 

Other choices can not come out from activity duration.

Hey I think this question mus tbe wrong. Becasue as a a part of develop schedule we will get project schedule. Network dia is a part of sequencing activities. 

I think the question should read activity definition then the asnwer would be B.

My humble 2 cents -

I feel that the question is just right.

And, i really liked this questions.

It is not like the other questions where we see that the language is confusing or the story before the question is just given to confuse the examinee. 

A project can very well have just one activity. There is no book which says that a project needs to have at least this many number of activities to call it a project.

If i know the duration of an activity, i can use it to develop my schedule. I can not use it to develop the network diagram, activitiy list or WBS.

What is the correct answer ?

Answer is D:

We can think the only one activity in the project. (i.e. Hammock).  then answer is D.
