Output of Plan Risk Responses is update risk register should be:

1. at the level of detail of work packages in the wbs
2. at the level of detail whereby actions can be taken
3. able to identify and document residual risks and secondary risks
4. used for periodic risk reviews to identify risk ratings and prioritization

what do you think of this one ?

I believe 1. The reason i think is bcoz the Risk Reponses should be at a level where they can be implemented i.e where WBS can be modified to take that risk responses in action. Let me know what is the correct anawer from the source you go this question. Thanks.

Option 2 is correct. The detail level should be such that specific action/ response can be implemented to reduce the impact of risk.
(Refer to PMBOK page 348)
