Can Parameteric estimation be considered as Bottom up estimation technique ?

Both are not same
For parametric estimate, the inputs are from historical benchmarks. They can be applied to tal projects or segments of a project
Whereas bottom up estimate is an estimate which is built from lowest non divisible element
Bottom up estimate is expensive and accurate when compared to parametric estimating
