Passed PMP Exam - 1st attempt

I would like to thank everyone helped me in this forum. It was a tremendous help.

I passed with 4 P and 1MP  in closing process.

Preparation:

2hr a day for a month, alternating reading PMBOk and mock exams (Scordo-around 80%, PMPforsure - 69%, 2 Lehmanns 73 and 76%, and Rita's SuperPMP exam : 71 %) to find my gaps. I also put together my own lessons learned doc, which I found was critical for my success.

I also recommand using Chris Scodo mock exams, they helped me understand the spirit of the exam and get used to wordy questions.

2 days before, I focused on my lessons learned, learning p43 for brain dump and trying to relax (definitely not easy)

Exam:

Scheduled at 5:30PM (only time that was available in Montreal), without french aid, since I studied enterily in english. I found the exam difficult, I didn't learn ITTOs, If I did, it would have been very helpful since I had many questions relating to them. Also, many questions with calculations(Earned Value), network analysis, a lot of situational questions, and 6 about motivational theories. Not even 1 question about ethics, I was a little disappointed :-)

I marked about 55 questions, had 30 minutes to review them, change the answers for the first questions, I must have had them wrong probably because I was nervous. We had a construction crew working above our heads so there was noise, don't forget your earplugs.

I filled the survey and tada, at 10PM : Congratulations !! I was happy and tired.

Good luck to all PMP aspirants, I hope that will help you.
