PMBOK- 4, PMP Exam Qtns weightages: Professional & Social respons...

I did not find topic "Professional & Social respons..." in the PMBOK-4, it was there in PMBOK-3, This is one of the major difference between 3-4.

1) Is this following percentage Questions  division correct even with PMOK 4 Edition?

2) Why this difference is not pointed out in AppendixA of PMBOK-4, Any specific reason?

PMP Exam Areas of Focus:
Initiating  11% of exam
Planning  23% of exam
Executing  27% of exam
Monitoring and Controlling  21% of exam
Closing  9% of exam
Professional Responsibility  9% of exam
