Am a project manager in IT department.Is pmp certification worth for IT Professionals?

PMP Certification will benefit all those who work with project from various fields.

You just to be qualified to take up the PMP Exam. The eligibility criteria is:

Have Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or global equivalent)with Minimum five years/60 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 7,500 hours were spent leading and directing the project*

OR

Four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or global equivalent)with a Minimum three years/36 months unique non-overlapping professional project management experience during which at least 4,500 hours were
spent leading and directing the project*

*Leading and directing the project is identified with the tasks, knowledge, and skills which are specific in the Project Management Professional Examination Content Outline.

Along with the 35 contact hours of formal education which you can receive by our PMP Classroom as well as Online Trainings.
