PMP contact hours

Can a PMP certified person conduct classes and issue training letter/certificate? Whether it will be acceptd by PMI for meeting the 35 contact hours requirement for PMP certification?

 No, no , no, based on my last check. Are you R.E.P compliant?. Training letters/certificates from corporate organizations, R.E.Ps and higher institutions are acceptable.

PMP handbook says "Traning companies or consultants(e.g Training schools)" are accepted. what does consultants mean?
