PMP Exam Prep Rita's Course 6th Edition Vs 7th Edition

Hello Folks -


 I purchased - PMP Exam Prep, Sixth Edition: Rita's Course in a Book for Passing the PMP Exam, last year thinking that I will complete my PMP exam before Aug 2011 however that did not happen and a new edition came up - 7th edition.
 


I still have 6th with me and I am preparing out of the same...planning to take exam by June/ July


Do you think I definately do need to buy the 7th and 6th wont work out. I am new to all this forum, appreciate your help!

hi miners.. If you are using only the book, then there is no need to pay again for the 7th edition. The only dfferences are related to professional responsibility and ethics, some additional processes, tho the change in the PMP exam is about 30%. Just supplement your study with PMBOK 4.

However, if you are using Rita's PM fastrack at the same time, either v7 or v6 but you updated to the latest questionbank, i advise you purchase the 7th edition, as the explanation in each of the 1,500+ qeustions are referred to PMP Exam prep Book page, thus in this case the reference may be wrong if you are using the old version. I am using  6th edition for the book alone. I ordered - Hot Topics PMP® Exam Flashcards – Seventh Edition , recently and I am not sure if I will be using the PM  fasttrack  as of now. Can you make a recommendation, please? However, I get your point for the review. Thanks again!
