Printing Rajesh Nair Notes

Hello

I would like to know if someone can convert/print the xls formatted Rajesh Nair notes to a PDF version? The version I tried is located here - pmzilla.com/comprehensive-pmp-notes

Regardless of what I try I cannot get all the contents in the cells to print properly, some of the text in cells are skipped when the document is printed. I tried in Excel 2003 and 07 with the page setup A4 size and scaled to  1 page(s) wide by 3 tall, and landscaped. 

Please if any kind soul had luck in printing everything in that spreadsheet then please convert it to PDF or tell me what settings am I missing?

Looks like the wrap text does not quite work well when the cells are merged. The only workaround I have is - the text which gets cut at the bottom can be fixed by manually increasing the height and the width can be adjusted by entering a new line (Alt+Enter)

I've to spend some time to fix this for all sheets, if someone has already done this please can make a pdf version of this notes and upload it somewhere?
