Please check the application approval email
Please check the application approval email, you will find there eligibility date. As long as your exam eligibility date has not expired you can attempt PMP exam upto 3 times.
Just pay the exam fee again and get eligible to take the test…that simple.
You are going to attempt PMP second time now. For second timer talking mock test questions benefits more that reading lots of books again. Make sure you revise PMBOK IITO and summery and take lots of good mock questions. All the best!

Second time processing - not able to proceed further
Thank you saket for your reply.
When I login to PMI it shows only old PMI eligibility ID. With that ID I will not be able to scedule my exam. So where do I make my payment and get my NEW eligibility ID ?
Whenever my login to my profile in PMI it shows the applicaion status as "Time to schedule your exam". But when I click this it takes me to the OLD eligibility ID, where I am unable to scedule my exam with this ID.
Will not the status of my first attempt updated automatically to PMI ?
It would be great if you give me further information on this.

Not sure if I understand your query
Not sure if I understand your query completely. There are 2 things.
1. Paying the exam free
2. Scheduling the exam
To me it looks like you are trying to schedule the exam without paying the free, its obvious the old eligibility will not work as you have already failed using it.
Next Step:
1. Go to the PMI.org website and login (make sure you login using you own credentials). Pay the PMP exam fee.
2. You will receive an email from PMI with new eligibility id to schedule the exam.
3. Use the new eligibility id to schedule your exam from Prometric.
Does this Help? If not, write to customercare@pmi.org if you have questions or concerns.

Issue resolved - Need guidance
Contacted the PMI and the issue resolved within hours. Thank you.
I have terribly failed my PMP when I took it on the first time on last week of june.
I have read PMBOK 4 and head first . Took PM fast track exam for all the process, individual chapters and the whole PMP exam couple of times. Took head first exam too. I have scored almost around 65% in all.
Being frank its hard to remember all the ITTOs. - Do you have any techniques to remember?
But I was shocked to see my results obtaining only moderalty proficient in INITATING and below proficient in all the other 4 groups :( on the PMP exam.
Could you please let me know, how long should i prepare again? Where did I miss it really !!
When can I know that I am really ready to take up the exam again?
