Procurement

Can we use same procurement contract for more than one phase and closed at end of project? When will procurement contract will be closed, whether it will be closed end of phase or project?

 A project may be purely a procurement project, 

and May be in single phase, after close procurement , close project requires few formalities.

in 

other case a phase can be closed at a close procurement, but in any successive phase , project has to be closed .

 Thanks pawar  for response. Actual I would liek to know how procurement is binded with multiple phases on the project. for example, if  2 procurement contracts awarded in phase 1 and 1 more procurement had awarded during phase 2. whehter first 2 procurements should be closed at end of phase 1 or it can closed durnig final adminstrative closure.
