Which of the following should you (the buyer) pay attention to when you administer a contract?
1. Ensure that contractual obligations are met.
2.Apply appropriate project management processes to the contractual relationship and integrate the outputs from these processes to the overall management of the project.
3.Monitor payments to the seller.
4.Perform regular procurement audits.

Opt 4 has been mentioned as
Opt 4 has been mentioned as the answer, but I doubt. This is a tool used in Close Procurements.
More importantly PMBOK has mentioned both Pt 1 and Pt 2 under Administer Procurements process. So '4' shall not be the answer, it can be either 1 or 2, but I am bit inclined towards 1.
Waiting for other expert opinions too.
Another way of thinking was if it is not "Administer Procurements" then in which process will '1'/'2' will be covered?

But according to PMBOK page
But according to PMBOK page 339, Audit is a tool for Administer Procurement
And option 1 and 2 can be the answer but then the question uses words "pay attention to" coz of which inclination goes towards option 4
