Are these really useful compared to the price that one has to pay for these(Rs. 10-15k)?

If you are a new PM and reading PM BoK seems some alien information or atleast lot of new things, then I suggest go for classroom training so you can clarify your doubts.
Otherwise take a cheap online class for 35 contact hours.
