Jack is the project manager of a project that is halfway through the execution. Jack is currently looking at the schedule of work. He adjusts a few of the schedule milestones and imposes date constraints for some of the work packages. This relates to which of the following processes?
-
Control Quality
-
Develop Schedule
-
Control Scope
-
Control Schedule
Can somebody explain the logic behind this.

Develop Schedule
Hey, Im still learning so I might be wrong,
Is the answer "Develop schedule", I selected this choice becuase if Jack is adjusting schedule milestone without going through Intergrated change control then he is still in the planning stage (baseline is not appoved yet.) if the baseline is approved then he will have to go CCB board to get it changed.

The planning stage is over
The planning stage is over and the PM is half way in execution stage so it should be Control Schedule.
