I need an opinion the following (why one or the other)
124. Post mortem earned value analysis of a project showed the following data:
SPI: 0.78
CPI: 1.00
What is this telling you?
a. The entire work of the project has been finished behind schedule and on
budget.
b. The entire work of the project has been finished ahead of schedule and on
budget.
c. The project has been terminated before completion. At that time it was behind
schedule and on budget
d. The project has been terminated before completion. At that time it was ahead
of schedule and on budget
Based on the question b,d are not relevant
Answer sheet has c as the answer. Why is c more relevant than a?

Total PV is equal to BAC = EV at end
as per q PV = 78% of BAC or EAC.(SPI= 0.78 = EV/PV)
hence work was remained and not completed.
It is post mortem of a happened project, means work was terminated before completion.
