Answer B - Question on Project Charter with 5 Managers
The answer is B (similar question in Rita's PMP Exam Prep - Integration Management Question 17). Determining who will be on the change control board and determining the reporting structure may have already been done. In any case, these choices are not directly impacted by the number of sponsors who have signed the charter. Having a single project sponsor is not necessary. This situation implies that there are five areas concerned with this project. In addition to added communication requirements, you should be concerned with competing needs and requirements impacting your efforts on configuration management.

Option B
The choice should be always a best option. I go with Option B. The primary concern for a project manager should be communcation bcoz of increased no. of sponsors.
