I have two questions about Communications Mgmt, please help me clarify my doubts. 

1. In execution you have 8 team members working on the project. Two team members left the project. How many communications channel you have in Control & Monitor phase? 

A. 0

B. 2 

C. 13

D. 15

I guess it's A? Because it's talking about Execution Phase or should I assume 6 team members are left in Control & Monitor phase? 

2. You had 4 team members and 1 additional team member who works part time just 4 hours a day. You add a new team member who will cover the additional 4 hours to complete the 8 hours day of the other part time team member. How many communications channels you have? 

A. 10

B. 15 

C. 6

15? Because doesnt matter how many hours work a team member counts as a channel?
