A project manager has just finished the risk response plan for a $300,000 project. Which of the follwing should he probably do next?
A. Determine the overall risk rating of the project (perform qualitative analysis. This comes befor plan risk response)
B. Begin to analyze the risks that show up in the project drawings. (this is over as risk response plan is completed)
C. Add work packages to the Work breakdown structure. (As part of plan risk response process, risk register gets updated – an output of the process wherein WBS affected is to be included. Also WBS gets updated because of the new work (omitted work) generated by risk response. PMBOK Page 307
D. Hold a project risk reassessment (tool in monitor and control risks, which is a process after the plan risk response process)
Hence option C is selected
Someone may clarify whether my understanding is right or not?
